Have been faithful servants of God Since 1985, serving under the leadership of Bishop Joseph and Dr Betty Mitchell of Shower of Blessings Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Bishop Charles and Dr. Debra Messenger are anointed and called to minister to the hurting, lonely, sick, broken hearted, drug addicted, and gang lords.

Bishop Messenger boldly preaches God’s Word of Wisdom, with simplicity and humor, giving understanding to the Body of Christ.  Bishop Messenger believes in teaching his people the principles of how to have God’s best for their lives. 

Bishop Charles Messenger has a Doctorate degree from the Minnesota School of Theology. He is the current President of Effective World Millennium Ministries International, which is a consortium of pastors, ministers and evangelists thoughout the state ofMinnesota. The group meet weekly for fellowship, networking and support.

Dr. Debra Messenger is a mighty woman of God.  She is an anointed teacher and through the power of God breaks the bonds of those who are bound with fear and insecurities.  Her message is “Give God your best and nothing less”.  Her life is an example for us and through it we see that you just can not beat God’s giving.  Dr. Messenger is the Owner and Director of Antioch Christian Center Child Care, now 2 locations.

The two of them have three wonderful son’s Robert, Raheim, and Charles, who work in the ministry and allow the anointing of God to order their steps.  Bishop Messenger also has several spiritual sons in ministry, who submits under his leadership. It has been said that Bishop Messenger is known for being a “Pastor of Pastors”.
